Prices of this website are shown in euros. Taxes are included in the price that appears on the website.
Delivery and shipping costs
Shipments of goods are made daily from Monday to Friday, the day after receiving the order and are made to the address and time slot specified therein.
A 24-hour service is used for the entire peninsula, although sometimes it can take 48 hours.
The transport of the products is included in the price of the same for all Spain, including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. ZERO cost on all Shipments, Exchanges and Returns.
All shipments, as well as exchanges and returns are TOTALLY FREE for you, throughout Europe, regardless of the amount of your purchase.
How to make exchanges or returns:
You can make your exchange or return up to 15 days after receipt of your order.
Just send us an email to pedidos@intromoda.com and we will respond with a code that you must include in the package you send us.
For your part, you will only have to provide us with an address and time slot for collection.
The garments must be in perfect condition, as you have received previously, and must be delivered to our carrier well protected in a package indicating the following address:

Once the garment is received, the full amount will be refunded using the same method as the purchase.
