Shipping and returns

ZERO Shipping, Exchange and Return Costs

All shipments, exchanges and returns are TOTALLY FREE regardless of the amount of your purchase. 

 How to do it: 

• You can make your exchange or return up to 15 days after receipt of your order. 
• Just send us an email to pedidos@intromoda.com and we will respond with a code that you must include in the package you send us.
• For your part, you will only have to provide us with an address and time slot for collection.
• Garments must be in perfect condition, as previously received, and must be delivered to our carrier well protected in a package indicating the following address:

  08021 Barcelona

• Once the garment is received, the full amount will be refunded using the same method as the purchase.
