1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

 LOCAL CERO, SL is the RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the personal data of the USER and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of (UE) 2016/679, of 27 April (RGPD) and (Spain) Ley Orgánica 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

 To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to do the processing are:

 Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allow commercial communications. These communications must be made through the CONTROLLER and are related to its products and services, or to its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has reached some promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

 Conducting market research and statistical analysis.

 Processing orders of requests, respond to queries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the forms of contact that are made available on the website of the RESPONSIBLE.

 Sending newsletters online about news, offers and promotions in our activity.

Why can we process your personal data?

 Because the processing is legitimated by article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

 With the consent of the USER: sending commercial communications and newsletters.

 By legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE: to carry out market studies, statistical analyses, etc. and to process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data?

 They will be kept only for the necessary time to maintain the purpose of the treatment or as long as there are legal prescriptions that dictate their custody. Where this is no longer necessary, they shall be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their total destruction. 

To whom do we provide your personal data?

 No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, only if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with which the CONTROLLER has concluded the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by the current privacy regulations.

Which are your rights?

 The rights that the USER has are the following:

Right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and limitation or opposition to their processing.

The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if it considers that the treatment does not comply with the current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF USER INFORMATION

  USERS, by means of the corresponding boxes and the entry of data in the fields, marked with the asterisk (*) in the contact form or submitted in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept, that your data is necessary for the attention of your request by the lender and that, therefore, the inclusion of the data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any modification.

 The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, since they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. Failure to provide all data does not ensure that the information and services provided are fully tailored to your needs.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

 In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility and, manifestly, with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are treated lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and in an appropriate manner, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are addressed.

 The RESPONSIBLE ensures that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to implement the security measures established by the RGPD and the LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.
